Terms

Terms of service

These terms govern the use of SuperDoc by hospitals, clinics and their staff. Where a hospital has signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes priority over this page.

Effective 13 October 2026

Who these terms are between

SuperDoc is provided by SuperDoc, India ("SuperDoc", "we"). "The hospital" means the hospital, clinic or other healthcare provider that registers to use SuperDoc, and "you" means the hospital and each person it allows to use its account.

By registering a hospital or signing in, you accept these terms. If you are accepting for a hospital, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

Accounts

  • Every registration is reviewed by our team. We may decline a registration, and an account can reach no data until it has been approved.
  • The hospital decides which of its staff get a login and what each may do. The hospital is responsible for what is done under its accounts.
  • Each login is for one named person. Logins must not be shared.
  • Tell us promptly at hello@superdoc.asia if you believe an account has been used by someone who should not have it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use SuperDoc for anything unlawful, or to record data you have no right to hold;
  • try to reach another hospital's data, or to get around the access controls;
  • probe, overload or disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it, except as the law expressly allows;
  • resell the service or offer it to others without our written agreement.

Clinical responsibility

SuperDoc is a record-keeping and administrative tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe or give medical advice. Every clinical decision is made by, and is the responsibility of, the qualified professionals who use it.

Suggestions, drug references and anything else the software proposes are aids for a professional to review. They may be incomplete or wrong, and must be checked before they are relied on or saved to a record.

The hospital is responsible for obtaining the consents it needs from its patients.

Your data

  • The hospital owns the records it enters. We claim no ownership of them.
  • We process those records only to provide the service, on the hospital's instructions, as described in our privacy policy.
  • The hospital confirms that it is entitled to enter the data it enters, and that doing so is lawful.
  • On request, we will give the hospital a copy of its data in a commonly used format.

Fees

The fees for SuperDoc, and when they are due, are those agreed with the hospital in writing or shown to it in the product before it subscribes. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. If fees remain unpaid after reasonable notice, we may suspend the account; the hospital's data is retained during a suspension.

Availability

We work to keep SuperDoc available at all times, and we carry out planned maintenance at quiet hours with notice where we can. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Hospitals should keep a procedure for continuing care if any software is unavailable.

Ownership

SuperDoc, its software, design and name belong to us or our licensors. These terms give the hospital a right to use the service while its subscription lasts, and nothing more. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

Ending the service

  • The hospital may stop using SuperDoc at any time by writing to us.
  • We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts other hospitals or the service at risk. Where we reasonably can, we give notice first.
  • When the service ends, we return the hospital's data on request, as set out in the privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those stated here, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from clinical decisions. Our total liability to a hospital in any twelve months is limited to the fees that hospital paid us for that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute, after the parties have first tried in good faith to resolve it between themselves.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell registered hospitals before it takes effect.
